The number of Youth Councils in the Association varies from year to year. All Youth City Councils are invited to join the Association of Youth Councils and participate in association activities.
It is a good idea to have a charter for your Youth City Council. You may want to create your own charter that outlines your council or adapt the example Youth Council Charter to your needs.
